The Easiest Pre Workout Snack Ever! 💪🏼 ⚡️

It is recommended by most exercise stalwarts that consuming protein and carbs before a workout is beneficial. 

That is why we have these three foods before any prolonged workout, such as runs, paddles, gym sessions etc. Is perfect for when you don't want a full meal and just need some fuel to get you through.


Peanut Butter:

Peanut butter is packed with protein, and also contains a hefty dose of carbs, making it the perfect pre workout snack to fuel your workout.

It has unsaturated fats (healthy fats), protein and a decent amount of carbs. 


Eating a banana prior to working out can help you meet your needs for potassium to promote muscle function and prevent cramps. Bananas are rich in potassium, an important mineral that can support muscle contractions.

Bananas are high in carbohydrates for energy, very low in fat, making them Low GI (slow burning carbohydrates) perfect for prolonged exercise.

Cold Brew Coffee Elixir + Collagen:

This is the icing on the cake.

Caffeine stimulates the central nervous system to reduce fatigue and drowsiness. It may also benefit exercise performance; research has shown that it can improve endurance and increase muscular strength.
