What Are Adaptogens? ⚡️ 🍄 🌞

Adaptogens, Functional Mushrooms, Nootropics. These are just some of the words we are hearing a lot of these days. So what do they really mean?

Adaptogens: By definition (in herbal medicine) a natural substance considered to help the body adapt to stress.
