Don't sleep on this protein packed post workout smoothie, using Innerbloom's Cold Brew Coffee to boost energy levels and enhance recovery.
Innerbloom Protein Smoothie (single serve)
Ingredients:
1 x Ripe Banana
100ml of Innerbloom Cold brew Coffee
100ml Plant Milk (we use coconut milk)
2 scoop of Protein Powder
1 Tbsp Peanut Butter
Method:
1. Measure out ingredients that are listed above and add to your blender
2. Blend until smooth and thick
3. Pour into serving glass and enjoy
Things to note; You can add extra ingredients like cacao nibs, blue berries, or avocado to add to the flavour and enhance your smoothie game.
